Security and systems
We harden and monitor servers, set up key-based access and logging, and respond to incidents. Configuration is verified from outside the system as well as from its configuration files.
Cloud and operations
We deploy and operate the systems we build: hosting, backups, TLS certificates, monitoring and updates, on our infrastructure or on the client's.
Our own products
We develop and publish software under our own name for iPhone, Mac and public institutions. We apply the same standards to client projects as to our own products.
Embedded systems and engineering
We carry out projects that combine software and hardware: sensor integration, power and enclosure design, field measurement and the calculations required before production.
AI and autonomous systems
We build systems that carry out routine operational tasks automatically, with defined decision thresholds, a complete log of every action and manual override available at all times.
How a project proceeds
Every project follows the same five stages.
- 1. Initial assessment
- You describe the requirement. Within one business day we reply with an initial assessment of feasibility, approach and approximate effort.
- 2. Written proposal
- We define the scope, deliverables, price and schedule in writing. Work begins once the proposal is approved.
- 3. Development
- You review working software at regular intervals during development.
- 4. Release
- We handle store submission, server setup, certificates and monitoring as part of delivery.
- 5. Support
- After release we provide maintenance and support. The scope, duration and fee are agreed in the proposal.
Pricing
Projects are priced individually on the basis of a written proposal. The price and schedule are fixed before work begins, and changes in scope are agreed in writing.
Larger systems begin with a paid discovery phase of one to two weeks, which produces the specification the proposal is based on.
