Scope

This assessment covers the English and Turkish pages. We are updating the earlier application support and policy pages at /nora/, /kuzey/, /neuroscan/ and /imece/ to meet the same standard.

Technologies relied upon

HTML, CSS, WAI-ARIA and JavaScript. Scripts open the mobile menu and run the scroll animations. Every page and the full navigation work without them.

How it was assessed

• —We measured every colour pair in use with the WCAG contrast formula. Body text reaches 15.8:1, and the lowest measured pair is 3.9:1 against a requirement of 3.0:1.
• —Colour is never the only indicator; every status is also written in text.
• —Every page has a skip link, and every interactive element shows a visible focus ring.
• —Animations are switched off for visitors who have asked their device to reduce motion.
• —Text size follows the browser's setting; no text is fixed in pixels.

Known limitations

• —We carried out the assessment ourselves. If a public buyer requires a third-party report, we will commission one.
• —Screen-reader testing has been done with VoiceOver on macOS and iOS only.
• —PDF documents we publish are checked individually; older files may not meet the same level.
