This website processes personal data in server logs and email enquiries.
We use no tracking, advertising, analytics services or cookies. The only personal data we process are the web server's log and the emails you send us.

2 · Data processed and purposes
- Server log
- Server logs contain your IP address, the request time, the requested page and browser identification. We keep the log to secure the server and to find faults, and we delete it after 30 days.
- Email you send
- We process your email address and the content of your message. We keep them to answer you and, if we work together, as part of the commercial records the law requires.
- Contact form
- The form on the contact page sends us your name, organisation, email address, topic, suggested meeting times and message. The web server passes them to our mailbox and deletes its own copy once the email is delivered. If delivery fails, the server keeps the request while it retries and deletes it after 30 days at the latest. The form sets no cookie.
- Fonts and images
- Fonts and images are served from our own server. Nothing is loaded from Google, a CDN or any other third party.
3 · Recipients
- Hosting provider
- The server is rented from a hosting provider, which processes the data passing through it under its contract with us.
- Email provider
- Our mailbox provider stores the messages you send us, including requests sent through the contact form.
- Other recipients
- We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, data brokers or analytics companies, or use it to train models.
4 · Method and legal ground

- The web server writes the log automatically. Your details are processed when you write to us or send the contact form.

- Art. 5/2-f, legitimate interest in keeping the service secure; art. 5/2-c where a contract is being prepared.
- Ground (GDPR)
- Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest; art. 6(1)(b) steps before a contract, for visitors in the EU.
5 · Your rights
- Learn whether we hold data about you, and ask for a copy.
- Ask for correction if it is wrong, or deletion when there is no reason to keep it.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Ask us to tell any third party about a correction or deletion.
- Claim compensation if you suffered damage from unlawful processing.
- Write to etkaahmet@toumanstudio.com. We answer within 30 days.
Changes
If our processing changes, for example because we add a statistics tool, this page is updated before the change takes effect and the date below is revised.
