Nora — Gizlilik Politikası

Kısa özet: Tüm verileriniz cihazınızda kalır. Hiçbir veri sunucuya gönderilmez. Hesap, parola, üyelik gerekmez. Üçüncü taraf takip kullanılmaz.

1. Veri kontrolcüsü

2. Toplanan veri yok

Nora kullanıcılarından herhangi bir kişisel bilgi toplamaz, saklamaz veya iletmez. Aşağıdaki verilerin tamamı Apple'ın SwiftData sistemiyle yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır:

Klinik tarama sonuçları (ASRS-5, AQ-10, CAT-Q, PHQ-9, GAD-7)
Bilişsel egzersiz skorları (5 oyun)
İlaç kayıtları ve dozaj geçmişi
Mood, uyku, döngü kayıtları
Günlük (journal) girişleri
BDT düşünce kartları
Profil seçimleri (ADHD, otizm, depresyon, vb.)
Hatırlatma tercihleri

3. iCloud sync (opsiyonel)

Bu sürümde iCloud senkronizasyonu yoktur. Cihaz değişikliğinde veriler aktarılmaz. Gelecek sürümlerde Apple'ın end-to-end şifreli iCloud Drive seçeneği opsiyonel olarak eklenirse, sadece kullanıcının açık onayı ile etkinleştirilir.

4. Apple sistem izinleri

Nora aşağıdaki Apple sistem servislerini kullanır. Hiçbiri zorunlu değildir; her biri için sistem izin penceresi sorulur:

Bildirimler — günlük 3 hatırlatma için. Reddederseniz bildirim gelmez, app çalışmaya devam eder.
Family Controls / Screen Time API — Uygulama Bloker özelliği için. Apple onayı bekliyor; onay alınmadan özellik "izin gerekli" durumunda kalır.
Haptic motor (CoreHaptics) — oyun ve stim araçlarında geri bildirim için. İzin sormaz, sistem seviyesinde çalışır.
Ses (AVAudioEngine) — oyun seslerini cihazda üretir. Mikrofon erişimi YOK.

5. Üçüncü taraf SDK yok

Nora; Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, AppsFlyer veya benzeri herhangi bir izleme/analitik SDK içermez.

6. Klinisyen Raporu PDF

Cihazınızda Nora verilerinden bir PDF oluşturabilirsiniz. Bu PDF yalnızca sizin paylaşma kararınızla iOS sistem paylaşım menüsüne verilir (AirDrop, e-posta, mesaj vb.). Nora bu PDF'yi sunucuya göndermez ve kopyasını saklamaz.

7. Çocuklar

Nora 17+ yaş grubuna yöneliktir (klinik içerik). 13 yaş altı kullanıcılardan bilerek veri toplanmaz.

8. Tıbbi feragat

Nora bir tıbbi cihaz değildir. Klinik tanı vermez, ilaç önermez, tedavi reçete etmez. Sağlık profesyoneli yerine geçmez. Acil durumda 112'yi arayın.

9. Veri silme

Tüm Nora verilerini silmek için: iOS Ayarlar → Genel → iPhone Depolaması → Nora → "Uygulamayı Sil". Tüm SwiftData veritabanı silinir.

10. Politika değişiklikleri

Bu politika güncellendiğinde bu sayfada "Son güncelleme" tarihi değişir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinde bildirim gösterilir.

Nora — Privacy Policy

Short version: All your data stays on your device. Nothing is sent to a server. No account, no password, no sign-up. No third-party tracking.

1. Data controller

Provided by the developer of the Nora app. Contact: etka.eab@gmail.com.

2. No data collected

Nora does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from users. The following data is stored only on your device via Apple's SwiftData:

Clinical screening results (ASRS-5, AQ-10, CAT-Q, PHQ-9, GAD-7)
Cognitive exercise scores (5 games)
Medication records and dosage history
Mood, sleep, cycle entries
Journal entries
CBT thought cards
Profile selections (ADHD, autism, depression, etc.)
Reminder preferences

3. iCloud sync (optional)

This version has no iCloud sync. Data is not transferred between devices. If a future version adds Apple's end-to-end encrypted iCloud Drive option, it will be enabled only with explicit user consent.

4. Apple system permissions

Nora uses the following Apple system services. None are required; each is requested via the system permission prompt:

Notifications — for 3 daily reminders. If declined, no notifications are sent; the app keeps working.
Family Controls / Screen Time API — for the App Blocker feature. Pending Apple approval; until granted, the feature shows a "permission required" state.
Haptic motor (CoreHaptics) — for game and stim tool feedback. No prompt; runs at system level.
Audio (AVAudioEngine) — generates game sounds on-device. Microphone access is NOT requested.

5. No third-party SDKs

Nora does not include Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, AppsFlyer or any similar tracking/analytics SDK.

6. Clinician Report PDF

You can generate a PDF of Nora data on your device. This PDF is shared only by your decision through the iOS system share menu (AirDrop, email, message, etc.). Nora does not upload this PDF to any server and does not keep a copy.

7. Children

Nora is intended for users 17+ (clinical content). We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13.

8. Medical disclaimer

Nora is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, prescribe medication, or recommend treatment. It is not a substitute for a healthcare professional. In emergencies, call your local emergency number.

9. Data deletion

To delete all Nora data: iOS Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Nora → "Delete App". The entire SwiftData database is removed.

10. Policy changes

When updated, the "Last updated" date on this page changes. For significant changes, an in-app notice is shown.
